On Day 3 of the 12 Closets of 🎄, we're focusing on the tiny closet! Often overlooked, this space benefits the most from going custom, maximizing every square inch!
Closet designated for son away at college
The closet below has sufficient space to stand, allowing us to incorporate drawers. It's designated for a son away at college, so although it's a bit tight, he enjoys about 3 feet of hanging space, several drawers, shelves for hats or folded items, and an area for shoes
Linen closet
This couple needed additional drawer space beyond what the primary bathroom provided, so they utilized the linen closet. The shelves are adjustable, catering to items such as towels, linens, toiletries, and more, depending on what is placed on each shelf.
Bedroom closet shared by two brothers
This small reach-in closet needed space optimization. We installed adjustable shelves in the middle for shoes and hats. As the boys grow, they can remove these shelves if they require more hanging space.
Game room closet
The game room closet is designed with adjustable shelves, wire baskets for sporting equipment, and additional hanging space for ski gear.
Primary reach in closet
Do you think just because it's a small space, it's not worth going custom? Think again! This closet now offers these clients ample hanging space, drawers, and additional shelving. Down the line, it will be easy to adjust if they want to add more shelving or readjust the hanging rods.
After seeing these various customized tiny closets, does it make you reconsider using builder's grade or wire racks?
For the 3rd day of the 12 closet accessories of 🎄 in 2020 day 3 was: drawer cubby dividers.
Thank you for stopping by & see you tomorrow for day 4!
